KnT1 is for you to work on yourself and is the starting place of all Kinetix practitioners.
You’ll awaken all 12 senses, practice “liberating” your witness, and have a visceral experience of the 4 members of the whole human organism (yours and others):
1) physical body
2) etheric body
3) astral (soul) body, and
4) “I” being (ego / spirit)
This is a space to take risks and
…through play, partner fascia release, curiosity, self assessments, deep connection, laughter, being with “what is” and practices of living science that open our spiritual eyes so we can see and know the truth.
Discover the innate wisdom of your body and soul in a tangible, visceral way.
You will leave feeling inspired to take up the deep and rewarding work of physical regeneration, social healing, and spiritual transformation, with a roadmap to take home with you for the journey.
You will make new friends, learn new skills, and gain invaluable knowledge that you can use for the rest of your life.
The seeds for healing lie waiting inside you.
Your mission during the KnT1 immersion is to locate the seeds of potential lying dormant within you…and then, to nurture them to life. This will be a group effort, with guidance from Elisha every step of the way. These seeds represent your unique opportunities for freedom, healing and transformation, and they are found in your experiences of pain, illness, and/or unhealed traumas.
Experience Kinetix as both stepper and steppee.
Both roles will help you know yourself - as a human being, generally speaking, and as a specific individual with a unique karma and destiny. Kinetix techniques put you in direct contact with your various “bodies” - physical (mineral) body, etheric (fluid) body, astral (soul) body and “I” being - including the aspects of you that think, feel and will. These “bodies” and aspects reveal root causes of pain, degeneration, illness and unhealed traumas.
Through a visceral experience of your fascia, bones, muscles, lymph system, circulatory system, and nervous system, you’ll come to understand why your body is in its current state of health or decline…and what you can do to become a co-creator of healing and freedom with your body.
Your Teacher and Co-Facilitator
Elisha has been in private practice since 2008, and considers it a sacred honor to teach what she’s learned about the whole human organism through the Kinetix methodology, so others can benefit and pay it forward.
Stefan has been growing and evolving alongside Kinetix since he began co-facilitating Kinetix workshops with Elisha in 2017. He brings a deep well of curiosity and love for humanity to these immersions.

This is a BODY based workshop using partner fascia release, perfect for:
Aspiring Kinetix practitioners.
Students of the School for Living Science who want to have a visceral experience of their physical body, etheric body, astral body and “I” being.

Practitioners in the healing arts looking to bring scientific rigor and reliable diagnostics processes into their practice.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Emerson college is a post-graduate school founded out of inspiration taken from Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual science research into the nature of reality. Situated on 22 lush green acres, the campus includes a biodynamic botanical garden, biodynamic vegetable garden and dairy, beautiful walking paths and artfully designed teaching rooms. Accommodations for the Kinetix immersions are single rooms with shared bathrooms, showers and laundry.
We will be nourished with 3 meals per day, lovingly prepared on-site by Emerson chefs.
