It’s Time To Re-Imagine The Healing Arts
As a division of the School for Living Science, the Kinetix Academy is devoted to a renewal of science, and of the healing arts.
The best “book” you could read to gain insight into the material and spiritual make-up of the whole human organism - including why we get sick, how we heal and the true nature of pain and freedom - is the living human being...the organism itself. Therefore, the human body (and being) is our shared teacher.
Instead of cookie cutter programs…
We offer individualized learning that is designed to meet the unique and evolving needs of each student. Instead of tests, grades or graduation dates, students are encouraged to look within for their next right step. We provide a learning path with milestones that every Kinetix practitioner shares in common. Some students will stay with us for a season…others, for ten years or more.
We believe the best practitioners are intrinsically motivated to learn and grow, and that our learning only ends if our curiosity fades.
We do NOT offer certifications, titles or licenses of any kind.
Each student determines when they would like to start learning with us…and when they’re done.

Only spiritual insight will help us to truly know ourselves.
Inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner, we acknowledge a spiritual world that lies directly behind material reality. Only insight into this spiritual world helps us to understand ourselves as human beings.
Experiences of pain and illness are governed NOT by the purely material laws of physics…but by physical-spiritual laws. Our mission is to apprehend these laws and use them for healing.
Practitioner-scientists will be the future of medicine.
Practitioners in the healing arts are perfectly positioned to be the scientists who will resolve our chronic pain and disease epidemics. They will do so not by trying to eradicate pain and illness, but by acknowledging their rightful place in our lives. By turning towards pain and illness with humility, we will come to understand their true nature.
Every client is a locus of divine intelligence; an opportunity to learn from the source and contribute to a growing body of knowledge about why we get sick, how we heal, the true nature and purpose of pain, and our potential for freedom.

In order to carry out this work of addressing the whole human organism, we understand the necessity of removing ourselves from the traditional system of education, licensure and government regulation of professions within the healing arts. Our mission is to build a new model for the healing arts that is rooted in truth, beauty and goodness.
We are devoted to mentoring students with the courage to source authority from within. The Kinetix Academy owes its existence to those whose will it is to actualize a renewal of science within the healing arts.
What is Living Science?
Essentially, living science is the study of “the relationships of things.” Beholding a unity - such as a human being - we know that this Whole is formed by the complex and dynamic relationships of separate but connected phenomena.
For example: you are one whole human being (a single phenomenon), but this whole is made of many distinct member parts (fascia, nervous system, bones, soul/psyche, etc). You have a relationship with your body as a whole, but you also have a relationship to specific sensations and emotions; or to your athletic abilities; or appearance. Your blood, bones and fascia all have relationships with each other, just as your nerves have a relationship with your brain, which in turn has a relationship with you - the conscious element.
Our goal is to take what is “given” - the facts of existence that are made known to us because of sense perception (percepts) - and to unite these facts with the world of ideas (concepts). Idea and experience unite concepts and objects, or what is spiritual with what is material. Every living process contains within it the essence of an Ideal expressed in physical form. We experience the percept (phenomenon) and connect it to an idea(l) and this is thinking with reality, or living science.
